Stephanie Anson is a North Carolina native and East Carolina University alumni. She began her real estate career in 2004 when she purchased her first investment property. She continues to buy and hold rental properties, in addition to purchasing homes for renovation and resale. This passion for real estate is what initially led her to become a REALTOR in 2010.
Stephanie has been the Top Producing agent at Northside Realty since 2016 for closed transactions and total production, selling on average 150 homes per year. She has been named one of the Triangle Business Journals Top Individual Residential Agents since 2016.
Stephanie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. She also served on the board of directors for the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association from 2015-2017 and as a subgroup leader through 2020.
