Jacquie is an entrepreneur and a licensed broker in the State of North Carolina.  She is also on the board of directors for TREIA LLC (Triangle Real Estate Investors Association, LLC).  Jacquie is a managing member of 3 Key Properties, a local, full service real estate solutions company in Cary, NC.  While she tackles projects of all sizes, her favorite are quick flips that can be implemented using a “keep it simple” strategy.     

 

Jacquie’s corporate career included over 23 years of business leadership experience and a demonstrated record of project execution, cost reduction, creating high performance teams and driving revenue.   As AVP of Company Services at DexOne, Jacquie managed a budget of $9 Million annually and provided leadership to 80+ professionals with responsibilities for project management, training, business process definition and vendor relations.

 

Jacquie is married to her business partner and best friend, Buddy.  They have a wonderful son that is 22 years old.  They also have a 7-year-old hound dog, that is a princess and spoiled rotten.
