Heather Gunter has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years of growing up in Pontotoc, MS. She always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate by searching for people whose houses were distressed or facing foreclosure and offering them a way out. Over the past 16 years, Heather has been involved in everything from funding renovations to creative financing to wholesaling properties. In 2021, she started a new venture and began purchasing multi-family units. She feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become her friends and a strong part of her network and testament to the business.
Passionate about real estate investment, Heather is constantly looking for the next opportunity to learn. She is active in multiple mastermind groups including Tim Bratz’s Mastermind and Bigger Vision. She shares her knowledge and experience to assist and educate aspiring investors with their goals.
Heather enjoys spending her weekends on her farm with her spouse, three children, and her poodle, Sophia.
