Galo Naranjo was born and raised in Ambato, Ecuador. Upon
graduating from High School in Union City, NJ, Galo joined the
United States Army. After Serving 10 years in a combat military
occupation specialty and completing a 15-month tour in Iraq,
Galo
became a Finance Officer. Always fascinated by numbers as his
mother was a public accountant, Galo pursued and earned a master’s
in business administration from the University of North Carolina
Kenan Flagler Business School. Galo managed multimillion-dollar
budgets for the Army while ensuring auditability and compliance
with fiscal law. Galo experienced his first taste of real estate
when he began helping a friend manage a rental property back in
2018. Galo saw a business opportunity in property management and
established Assurance Property Management LLC., where he serves as
the property manager in charge. His team currently manages 40
rental properties and expects this number to double in 2022.
